Eagle’s Nest Rules & Regulations
Each guest, customer, visitor, invitee, patron, and any individual who enters or presents at the Eagle’s Nest Skywalk (“You” or “Your”) is required and is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to observe and comply with the rules and regulations of Eagle’s Nest Skywalk which are published at the entrances of Eagle’s Nest Skywalk and the official website.

(A) Rules & Regulations – In General
2. If you fail, refuse, or neglect to observe, follow, or comply with any of the terms & conditions of Skywalk Langkawi Sdn Bhd, you may be removed from (with or without reasonable force) the Eagle's Nest Skywalk and whenever we may deem fit at our sole and absolute discretion, from Eagle's Nest Skywalk with no refund for the tickets and/or payment of any compensation or damages for losses that may be suffered by you (either personal injury or loss of property) in connection to such removal, if any.
(B) The Tickets Skywalk.
1. Please purchase your tickets at our counter(s) or through our authorized agents during the relevant operating hours or via our official website eaglesnestskywalk.com. Please double-check the details before issuance of the tickets or before you confirm purchase. Upon issuance of the tickets or confirmation slip of the purchase, no variation, amendment, or change of any details of the tickets will be entertained.
2. The tickets are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia and inclusive of entertainment duty, if any.
3. Wherever applicable, you are required to follow the relevant procedures/actions to redeem or to collect your tickets at the designated area(s) at the time.
4. Unless otherwise indicated, the tickets will entitle you to enjoy all experiences, services, and facilities that are available at Eagle's Nest Skywalk at the relevant time.
5. Unless otherwise specified, any tickets sold cannot be used in conjunction with any other ongoing discounts or promotions of Eagle’s Nest Skywalk.
6. Food and beverages, merchandise, photography, and other services are not covered under the Tickets.
7. We have the sole and absolute rights to change and/or determine the price of the tickets based on various factors without prior notice.
8. You shall not sell or exchange your tickets for cash or any benefit without our prior written consent. If you have any ticket that is not in use for whatever reasons, kindly speak to any of Our Team Members at the ticketing counters. If you breach this condition, your tickets will be forfeited, and we reserve our right to restrict your access to Eagle's Nest Skywalk.
9. There shall be no refund, replacement, rebate, or discount of the Ticket (either wholly or partially) or liability on our part to compensate or pay for any of Your losses or damages if you are:
- rejected, refused entry to Eagle’s Nest Skywalk for whatever reasons;
- rejected, refused, or not allowed to enjoy or participate in any Skywalk Experiences for whatever reasons;
- asked to leave Eagle’s Nest Skywalk due to failure, refusal, neglect, or inability to comply with or observe any one or more of the rules and regulations, including due to unsafe, illegal, or offensive behavior or for such other reason(s) at our discretion.
10. Tickets purchased are valid only for the selected date.
11. For identification purposes, senior citizens and disabled individuals (registered with the Social Welfare Department) must present their identity card or OKU card when collecting tickets at the Ticket Counter.
12. The online booking system for Eagle's Nest Skywalk will issue a receipt containing the QR Code, which customers must securely retain. Customers are responsible for safeguarding their QR Code and ensuring its privacy.
(C) Admission or Re-Entry to Eagle's Nest Skywalk
1. You shall enter Eagle’s Nest Skywalk through the designated turnstiles at the entrance during the operating hours of the day. Only original and valid tickets will be recognized at the turnstiles. Entry will be denied if your ticket is damaged, torn, duplicated, photocopied, or forged. Each ticket is only valid for the date and time specified on the ticket.
2. Please ensure you keep your ticket with you at all times and be prepared to scan it upon entry. For safety and security reasons, all bags, belongings, telephones, cameras, and any other personal items must be stored inside the lockers provided by us. However, each group is permitted to bring one phone into the glass deck area, with a maximum of six persons per group. Every phone must be secured with our provided lanyard. Please note that no items or belongings are allowed on the glass deck area of the Eagle's Nest Skywalk for safety reasons.
3. Children below 18 years old must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Admission to Eagle’s Nest Skywalk is subject to applicable criteria, requirements, procedures, terms, and conditions that may be amended or determined by us at the relevant time.
4. Re-entry to Eagle's Nest Skywalk is not permitted. Once you exit the premises, you will not be allowed to re-enter, except for exceptional circumstances determined by Eagle's Nest Skywalk management. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not meet the admission conditions or fails to comply with the rules and regulations, at our sole discretion.
(D) Strict Prohibitions Eagle's Nest Skywalk
1. You are strictly prohibited from bringing into Eagle’s Nest Skywalk any weapons, fireworks, smoke bombs, glass bottles, dangerous drugs, or other articles which, in the opinion of our Security personnel, may cause personal injury or endanger the safety or health of other individuals or any property of Eagle’s Nest Skywalk, including objects that may be mistaken as weapons (e.g., toy blasters and water guns).
2. For safety reasons, the following items are not allowed to be brought into the glass deck of Eagle's Nest Skywalk, and wherever applicable, please use the lockers available:
2.1 Any food and beverages;
2.2 Pets;
2.3 Recreational items
2.4 Large items like large suitcases or wheeled baggage;
2.5 Articles of clothing that contain offensive language or content, or anything representing a guest as a member of emergency services or Team Members of Eagle's Nest Skywalk.
2.6 Carts or other wheeled carriers except manual wheelchairs, electronically powered mobility devices with at least 3 wheels and with speeds lower than 16km/h, and strollers with dimensions not exceeding 92cm x 132cm;
2.7 Handheld cameras, selfie sticks, and all other poles used to take selfies;
2.8 Articles prohibited by law and any other items we deem inappropriate; and
2.9 Any other articles, objects, or items which in the sole and absolute discretion of our Security personnel are not appropriate to be brought into any part of Eagle's Nest Skywalk.
3. We reserve our rights to refer You to the relevant authority if You are suspected to be in possession of any illegal or prohibited items like guns, dangerous drugs, or weapons. We shall have the absolute discretion to handle, manage, and deal with any items, objects, animals, articles, or any personal belongings that are found to be unattended, and We shall not in any way be liable for any losses or damages that may be suffered by the owners of those items.
4. You are strictly prohibited at all times from copying, duplicating, amending, modifying, altering, redrawing, recoloring, publishing, using, exploiting, incorporating, dealing, distributing, reproducing, selling, doing or cause to do anything in whatever manner(s) which will infringe the intellectual property rights (including but not limited to trademarks, logos, patents, copyrights, artworks, etc.) of Eagle's Nest Skywalk and/or any part hereof and/or any elements or components of the Skywalk Experiences.
(E) Enjoyment of the Skywalk Experiences
1. Even though You are allowed to enter Eagle’s Nest Skywalk, you are required to observe, comply with, and follow the safety instructions and health conditions required for enjoyment of the relevant Eagle’s Nest Skywalk experience. Before You enjoy any Skywalk Experience, it is deemed that You have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all safety signage(s) placed and/or instruction(s) given by the Eagle’s Nest Skywalk personnel.
(F) Safety and Security Eagle's Nest Skywalk
1. Prohibition of Leaning on Rails and Steel Beams: Visitors are prohibited from leaning on any rails or steel beams within the skywalk area.
2. Prohibition of Assembling on a Particular Part of the Glass Deck: Assembling on specific parts or bridges of the Glass Deck is strictly prohibited.
3. Prohibition of Adventure Skills and Disturbances: Visitors are prohibited from engaging in adventure skills such as running, jumping, making noise, or causing disturbances while on the walkway of the Glass Deck.
4. Prohibition of Destruction, Hurting, and Vandalizing: It is strictly prohibited to destroy, harm, or vandalize natural resources or any parts within the Glass Deck.
5. Visitor Liability for Negligence: Skywalk management shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or accidents that occur due to visitor negligence.
6. Safekeeping of Belongings: All belongings must be securely stored inside the provided locker facilities.
7. Acknowledgement of Risks for High-Risk Visitors: Visitors with high-risk conditions such as heart disease, pregnancy, or fear of heights enter the Glass Deck at their own risk.
8. No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds: Management will not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for purchased products or services under any circumstances. These rules are essential for ensuring the safety and security of all visitors to the skywalk.
(G) Required Behavior Dress Codes, and Appearance
1.You are required to dress appropriately at all times
2. You may be required to remove or conceal any inappropriate attire when you are at Eagle's Nest Skywalk.
3. Except for religious reasons, you are not allowed to wear items that cover Your face entirely.
4. Be courteous to Your fellow guests at all times.
5. Queue cutting is strictly forbidden, and You may be asked to leave Eagle’s Nest Skywalk for breaching this condition.
6. You are not allowed to distribute or sell any leaflets, brochures, materials, goods, or objects of any kind in Eagle's Nest Skywalk.
7. Smoking or vaping is not allowed at Eagle’s Nest Skywalk.
(H) Disclaimer and Indemnity Eagle's Nest Skywalk
1. You shall be solely liable and responsible for your own safety and property whenever you are in Eagle’s Nest Skywalk, including without limitation at the time of participating in any Skywalk Experiences or using any facilities of Eagle’s Nest Skywalk.
2. YOU SHALL ENTER OR PATRONIZE EAGLE'S NEST SKYWALK AT YOUR OWN RISK.
3. LANGKAWI SKYWALK SDN BHD AND THEIR HOLDING, SUBSIDIARIES, ASSOCIATED OR RELATED COMPANIES (“LANGKAWI SKYWALK GROUP”) AND THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AND/OR WORKERS (COLLECTIVELY “LANGKAWI SKYWALK PERSONNEL”) SHALL NOT AT ANY TIME BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, LOSSES, COMPENSATION, ACTIONS, COSTS, AND/OR EXPENSES THAT MAY BE SUFFERED BY YOU (WHETHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY) ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PATRONIZATION, ENJOYMENT, USAGE OF, OR ACCESS TO, EAGLE’S NEST SKYWALK (OR THE SKYWALK EXPERIENCES) OR THE REFUSAL BY THE SECURITY / SKYWALK PERSONNEL FOR THE PATRONIZATION, ENJOYMENT, USAGE OF OR ACCESS TO EAGLE’S NEST SKYWALK (OR THE SKYWALK EXPERIENCES), INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PROPERTY DAMAGE / LOSS, PERSONAL INJURY, AND/OR FATALITY WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED / CONTRIBUTED BY ACT OF GOD, CONDITION / DESIGN OF EAGLE’S NEST SKYWALK (OR THE SKYWALK EXPERIENCES), ORDER OR DIRECTION OF THE GOVERNMENT OR OFFICERS, RIOTS OR STRIKES; EXCEPT IN INSTANCES WHERE SUCH DAMAGE / LOSS, INJURY AND/OR FATALITY IS FOUND TO HAVE BEEN CAUSED DIRECTLY BY THE GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT ON THE PART OF THE LANGKAWI SKYWALK GROUP.
4. You shall indemnify and keep the LANGKAWI SKYWALK SDN BHD Personnel fully indemnified and harmless against any and all losses (including property damage / loss, personal injury, fatality, and/or consequential losses), damages, summons, claims, demands or expenses of whatever kind or nature (including reasonable legal fees and expenses incurred in defending such claims on a solicitor and client basis) that may be suffered by and/or brought against LANGKAWI SKYWALK SDN BHD Personnel (either directly or indirectly) resulting from or in connection with Your patronization, enjoyment, usage of, or access to Eagle's Nest Skywalk any breach of all or any of the Rules and Regulations herein, breach of duty (statutory or otherwise) by You, Your negligence or misconduct (as the case may be), including but not limited to the following:
4.1 any claim for personal injury (including fatality) and/or vehicle or property loss or damage;
4.2 cleaning, making good, reinstatement, or repair of property loss or damage; including without limitation damage to Eagle's Nest Skywalk, the Skywalk Experiences, or any part(s) thereof.
(i) Miscellaneous Eagle's Nest Skywalk
1. In the event of any dispute or disagreement in relation to the conditions of the Tickets, all decisions of the Eagle’s Nest Skywalk Personnel shall be final. Any appeal to any of our decisions and/or decisions will not be entertained.
2. Eagle’s Nest Skywalk Langkawi do accept cash and all transactions will be transacted via eWallets or card. Please approach our Counter should you have any problem in making payment.
3. These conditions of Tickets are subject to changes or amendments at our sole and absolute discretion.
4. We reserve the rights to, without prior notice, without having to assign any reason and without any liability to refund, to compensate or replace Your Tickets (either wholly or partially):
4.1 Deny Your admission, prevent Your entry to Eagle’s Nest Skywalk or require You to leave Eagle’s Nest Skywalk or any part there for reasons which We may reasonably deem fit in our sole and absolute discretion;
4.2 Close, cancel, or suspend the operation of Eagle’s Nest Skywalk or any Skywalk Experience for whatever reasons; including without limitation due to reason(s) whether or not caused/contributed by Us or any Langkawi Skywalk Personnel;
4.3 Change the operating hours of Eagle’s Nest Skywalk;
4.4 Restrict Your access to all or any part(s) of Eagle’s Nest Skywalk;
4.5 Limit the number of guests to be inside Eagle’s Nest Skywalk;
4.6 Discontinue, suspend, or stop any promotion or discount at any time;
4.7 Adjust the price of the Tickets and/or the block-out dates.
5. Your entry into Eagle's Nest Skywalk and/or Your action of providing any information or document to us constitute Your consent to be filmed, photographed, and/or recorded and Your consent for us to use, show, distribute, publish, disclose or any other manner deal with Your photograph, image, voice or any film or record which may capture Your likeness and/or voice and any other personal data for such purposes which We shall deem fit at our sole and absolute discretion; including without limitation for the purpose of complying with the requirements of the law or legal proceedings within/outside of this country.
6. In case of discrepancies between the English version and translated versions of the conditions of the Tickets, the English version shall prevail.
7. All professional photography, commercial film shootings, or any other related activities inside Eagle's Nest Skywalk are subject to our prior written consent.
8. The Eagle’s Nest Skywalk shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and You hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
